Alyssa Kane MS, CCC-SLP, CLC

 

 

 

Alyssa Kane is a certified Speech-Language Pathologist who has dedicated her career to working with children with feeding/swallowing difficulties.  She received her B.S. in Hearing and Speech Sciences from Ohio University and graduated summa cum laude with a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Towson University. Alyssa holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association and is licensed in both New Jersey and New York.  She is also a member of the Special Interests Group through ASHA, Swallowing and Swallowing Disorders.  

 

Alyssa has worked with children of all ages, from infants through adolescents. She has worked in the acute care setting (NICU, PICU), sub-acute care setting, outpatient setting, intensive feeding programs and in families' homes.  As a private speech language pathologist Alyssa currently performs feeding therapy in the comfort of your own home in New York City and New Jersey.  She is also available for Skype evaluations and consultations if your proximity is out of range. Additionally, she has presented on various topics related to children with feeding and swallowing difficulties to both professionals and the community.  

 

Alyssa performs evaluations, consultations, and ongoing feeding therapy.  She is also available for community/professional education workshops.
